The voice server won’t challenge your telephone switchboard in any way, it will simply use it and complete it with enriching functions. A powerful Outgoing Call engine with 4 operating modes :
- Preview : the call is generated on Agent initiative
- Progressive : the call is generated by the call engine as soon as an agent is available
- Predictive : the call is generated on the basis of statistical
assumptions pointing to the future availability of an agent. Lost calls
(busy, no answer, fax machine) are not transmitted to the agent.
- Power : the call generates a voice message requesting a customer
action (press a button, say "Yes") if he wishes to be connected or not
with an agent.
Sibilo CC ScriptSibilo CC Outbound’s scripting tool provides agents with a working
guideline to walk them through their calls. With Sibilo CC Script,
qualify calls by supplying answers to questions defined by your
Supervisor. The answers are analyzed in real time to generate detailed
reporting.
The scripting tool is designed for supervisors and
no special IT skills are needed to use it. Its highly productive
features allow you to put a script on line in just a few minutes.

FunctionSibilo Studio is a visual development tool which will allow you to
build VoiceXML scenarios (VXML builder). Compliant with the
requirements of standard VXML 2.1, its interface is more specifically
designed for call center platform supervisors. With Sibilo Studio, no
special software development skills are needed to create your voice
portals. The tool uses a Web browser interface (IE or Firefox).
Sibilo Studio is an option of the Sibilo Voice IVR and the vocal Inbound module of the Sibilo Contact Center package.
