Sibilo Contact Manager includes several tools :

CRM light
The CRM light tool in your Sibilo Contact Center solution will allow
you to store and utilize your customer data. This is particularly
useful if your company is not equipped with a CRM tool.
Though not a full-feature CRM, this tool will allow you to modify and
add functions for specific development purposes : change, add or delete
fields, send email, print, etc.
With its open-source design, MySQL databases and PHP Web interface, data is easily exported to other systems.
Agenda
Using the Agenda tool, your agents easily set up appointments for your
company’s sales people who are able to access their agenda, even if not
assigned to the contact center. Each appointment can be validated by a
supervisor. A click-to-call button allows your Agent to call your
client or sales person directly.
In-house directory
Sibilo Contact Center’s in-house directory gives your agents access to
the contact details of your entire company staff. Calls picked up on
the agent platform can thus be directly transferred to your company
staff.
